Early access
DCare.app is offered in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided without guarantees of availability while it is being developed.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts start with a 14-day trial with no card required. Planned plans are Start (49 per month, up to 25 enrolled children) and Standard (99 per month, up to 60), in EUR or USD by region, excluding taxes. Paid subscriptions are not yet activated, and nothing will be charged without your explicit action.
Parent payments
Online payment collection is not live. Recording an offline payment in DCare.app is a bookkeeping entry made by the provider and does not move money. When online payments become available, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter, for having a lawful basis to process family data, for their own privacy notices, and for meeting licensing, tax and invoice requirements in their country or state. DCare.app invoices are operational records and are not guaranteed to meet VAT or statutory invoice rules.
Your data
Providers keep ownership of their data and can export it at any time.
